The Root Cause
When a client asks me to solve an issue, the first question I ask is: "Why does this issue exist?"

I don't jump to visual fixes. I dig into data and user behavior to find the underlying structural flaw — the disease, not just the symptom.

The Solution
Once the root is exposed, I design a strategic solution — restructuring information architecture, not just making it look better.

User flows and wireframes that directly address friction points and align with business goals.

Prototyping
Ideas are intangible until they're built. I move quickly into high-fidelity prototyping to visualize the solution in real-world context.

Stakeholders feel the interaction before a single line of code is written.

Reiteration
The first draft is rarely the final product. Test, gather feedback, break it down, rebuild.

We iterate relentlessly until the solution isn't just functional — it's seamless.

I'm also a 3D Designer.

My expertise extends beyond the screen into physical manufacturing. I have experience in packaging engineering, working with thermoforming processes — vacuum and blower forming for food plastics. I also design metrology fixtures: precision rigs that verify container integrity and ensure tolerances survive production.
